Volunteer Abroad Fee's of major USA & UK Companies
 Every year, hundreds of volunteers arrive in Nepal to volunteer from UK and USA based organizations and end up paying up to $2500 to volunteer for 2 weeks. However, Volunteer Alliance Nepal offers the most affordable program fee. The program fee is divided in as registration fee ($259) and weekly fee. Click to find the allocation of $259.
Since we offer direct volunteer opportunities, our project prices are much lower in comparison to other international volunteer organizations. We work hard to keep the prices down so that we can make projects affordable to everyone. At the same time, we do not compromise the quality of programs and the safety of our volunteers. Program fee covers
- Airport reception
- First night of hotel stay
- Transfer to hostel or host family
- Accommodations and food (3 meals a day with a local family)
- Transport to project (one way)
- Support from local staff
- Orientation upon arrival
- Customized Volunteer placement
- Emergency support
- Regular visit (1-2 week interval) and supervision of local staffs
Language fee covers
- Language and cultural courses
- Food and accommodations for seven days
- Training materials: books, paper, orientation package, TV, video, trainer, etc.
- Local sightseeing/tourist site arrangements
- Recreational activities
- Village stay/host family
- Cultural programs and additional activities
- Travel related expenses (one week orientation)
Program fee does not cover
- Airfare, Visa and Visa extension fee
- Daily transportation (between project and host family – If required)
- Return/transfer to airport, airport taxes
- Any personal expenses
- Mineral water and soft drinks
- Gifts to project staffs and host family
- Laundry, Telephone, Immunization
