Bijay comes from a poor family in Sarala, and when both of his parents passed amidst bad financial conditions, he was brought to us. Bijaya is a sharp and brilliant kid currently studying at Shree Sringeri Community Higher Secondary School. He loves to play football, badminton and reading. He aims to be a doctor to help people in need and some day he would like to open a hospital in his village.

Smiling and full of life, Laxmi is a six year old girl who likes to dance. When Laxmi's father died she was taken out of school. Facing poor financial conditions and high expenses, her mother came to work at Ashana. Laxmi now goes to school with her sibling and dreams of becoming a dancer. |

10 year old Mamata likes to sing, play games and dance and wants to become a doctor when she grows up. She was brought to Ashana by her uncle when her parents went missing. She lives in Ashana with her two siblings Mausam and Monika. Every day they go to the same school together and play together. She studies hard and the school has given her a full scholarship. |

5 years old, Mausam is a sharp boy who likes to sing, dance and play games. He became an orphan in the remote village in Makwanpur with the passing of both of his parents. With no one to take care of him, he was brought to Ashana orphanage. He has two siblings, Monika and Mamata, with whom he attends school and plays each day.
