Profiles of Children in Social Orphanage Nepal
The orphanage currently is looking after 13 children. Most of them are orphaned while few come from very poor family, whose parents are unable to raise them. They’re all from remote regions of Nepal.
These children are:
Nabin B.K
Nabin is 14 years old and comes from Sinduligadhi. Both of Nabin’s parents are dead and he arrived in the orphanage 3 years back.
Kopila Balami
Kopila is 7 years and arrived from 4 years back from Nuwakot. Both her parents are dead and she’s currently studying in class 1.
Soma Lama
Soma is 11 years old and she’s a complete orphan. She’s from Kathmandu and is studying in class 4. She arrived in the orphanage 5 years back.
Tulashi Nepali
Tulashi is 11 years old and came from Gorkha. Both of Tulashi’s parents are dead and Tulashi arrived 4 years back in the orphanage and is presently studying in class 3.
Suttam Nepali
Suttam is 8 years old and comes from Nuwakot. Suttam’s father disappeared shortly after his birth and his mother is extremely poor and unable to raise Suttam. He came to live in the orphanage 5 years back.
Chek Bahadur Balami
Chek is an orphan and is 7 years old. He came to live in the orphanage 2 years back from Nuwakot. He’s presently studying in LKG.
Bikram Nepali
Bikram is 13 years old and came from Gorkha to live in the orphanage 3 years back. He is studying in class 2.
Nishan Lama
Nishan is 11 years old and he’s from Kathmandu. He’s been leaving in the orphanage for past 4 years and studies in class 5. His father suffers from paralysis and is unable to move while his mother is unable to provide for Nisham. He’s presently studying in class 5. His teachers consider him a student with a bright prospect.
Asmita Lamichhane
Asmita is 12 years old and is from Gorkha. She’s been living in the orphanage for 3 years. Both her parents have passed away and she’s studying in class 4.
Milan Neupane
Milan is 10 years old and came to live in the orphanage 2 years back. He’s studying in class 1. Both of Milan’s parents are deceased. |
